Owner & Trainer
Jeremy Clemons
Jeremy is the owner of Mactown Fitness and is passionate about building a strong, supportive training community. With years of experience owning and operating a gym, as well as training and coaching clients, he brings both leadership and real-world knowledge to everything he’s built.
He believes the gym should be a place where people feel motivated, challenged, and proud of the work they put in. His hands-on experience in both the business and coaching side allows him to create an environment that supports real progress for beginners and competitive athletes alike.
His goal is to continue growing Mactown Fitness into a space where consistency, hard work, and community come together. A place where anyone can show up, put in the work, and see results.

Owner & Trainer
Claire Clemons RN, BSN.
Claire is the co-owner of Mactown Fitness and the founder of Wellness by Claire. With a background in fitness, personal training, and nursing, she brings a unique, well-rounded approach to performance, recovery, and overall health.
Claire’s passion lies in helping individuals build strength, improve confidence, and optimize their wellness through structured training and education. Her approach combines real-world experience, clinical knowledge, and a focus on long-term results.
She has created Mactown Fitness as a space where people of all levels can train with purpose, feel supported, and push their potential.

Coach
Luis E. Vela, B.Sc., M. Ed
With a background in public education and a Master's in Education Administration from Lamar University, Luis has spent his career developing both students and coaches into leaders. He now applies his expertise in emotional intelligence, education, and movement to inspire athletes and coaches in and out of the gym.

Trainer
Gabe Castillo
With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, CFL1 and USAWL2 certifications, and over 7 years of coaching experience across various training styles, Gabriel brings expertise and passion to every session. He is ready to help anyone, no matter their fitness level. When he’s not helping you crush your fitness goals, he’s serving the community as a full-time firefighter for the City of McAllen, Texas.

Trainer
Hannah Rial
Hannah is a certified personal trainer with a background in classic weight training and bodybuilding. As a Figure competitor, she brings firsthand experience in physique development, discipline, and attention to detail. She works with everyday individuals looking to build strength, improve confidence, and create sustainable results.

Trainer
Julio Tobias
Julio is a high school math teacher and Harvard graduate who brings both intelligence and structure into his coaching style. With experience learning from some of the top CrossFit and strongman coaches in the industry, he applies proven methods to help athletes get stronger and perform at a higher level.
He has a passion for working with youth athletes, especially in powerlifting, and focuses on building proper technique, confidence, and long-term development.

Trainer
Michael Lewis
Michael is a CrossFit athlete and certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer who brings energy, structure, and real-world training experience to his coaching. He focuses on helping clients build strength, improve conditioning, and move with confidence through well-rounded, functional training.
